Animal therapy no longer funded

Recently the NDIS changed their minds about funding animal therapy because they don’t believe it's useful. Personally, I have found both equine therapy (it was funded by NDIS) and my cats very useful (I couldn’t live without my cats but I pay for all their costs). Does anyone else disagree with the NDIS?
