Finding a job

I hear many changes are going to happen with what the DES providers do and how they do it. I think this sounds good because I think they’re all hopeless and are only in it for the money. I have been to 5 different ones in the last 5 years and none of them have gotten me a job and they just waste my time and make me feel worse.
